At JB Collection, we take pride in providing premium quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once items have been used, altered, or removed from their original packaging.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The item must be unused and unaltered.
• The original packaging, tags, and security ties must remain intact.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
• Used products
• Customized wigs
• Colored, cut, styled, or altered hair
• Clearance or final sale items
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
